Wow, these are two really pathetic attempts at matching the original Truth in Advertising by Tim Hamilton. As usual, the first version holds up. These pale in comparison, across the board: writing, directing, acting. But the writing really sucks.

An old fart writes: there seems to be a disturbing trend of producing really crappy shock advertising these days. Is the world really so jaded? What ever happened to elegance and wit? I'm beginning to like the idea of creating an agency founded on exactly those principles. Sadly, it might seem like a novelty.
