Looking for a print ad featuring a shotgun wedding

I want to say I saw it in a US magazine in 2000/2001. It was color, full page, it was in mainstream pubs, for some reason I want to say it was in Wired, but I could be totally wrong about that.

The ad showed a couple getting married. The bride-to-be was very pregnant and the groom, in what appeared to be a candid moment, looked extremely disappointed and unhappy. The line of copy said something like "2% of condoms fail. Percentages count."
Does anyone know what I*m talking about? Who was the client? What agency did it?
