That's Charlie Jones who was an original AFL announcer and was an announcer for NBC. It's funny because I think this Super Bowl aired on CBS and at that time I think he worked for NBC.

Funny in a strange way. Having Charlie Jones, who just passed away, on a network who is his competition is funny. If I was in his predicament, I would have found it funny.
